About these terms

By using clockworkpractice.com, downloading our free checklist, booking a call or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We", "us" and "our" mean Clockwork Practice.

What we offer

We offer a free audit checklist and related educational content, free audit calls, and paid setup services and products. The price and scope of any paid service are set out in the proposal or order you accept.

No guarantees

Our content and services are for general business information. We cannot promise bookings, income or any other result. Outcomes depend on your practice, your market and your own effort.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate information.
  • Keep your own accounts secure. Never send passwords by email or through a form.
  • Follow the laws that apply to your practice, including rules on text messaging, email marketing and consent, and on handling your clients' information.
  • Do not share your clients' health or medical information with us unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Refund and cancellation terms for a paid service are set out in your proposal or on the order page.

Our materials

The checklist, guides, templates and site content belong to Clockwork Practice. You may use them for your own practice. You may not resell, republish or share them as your own.

Text message terms

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive texts from Clockwork Practice about your checklist, call bookings and reminders, and follow-up on your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Stripe and Zoom. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their outages or changes.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and our free materials are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Clockwork Practice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost income or bookings, arising from use of the site or the free materials. For a paid service, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
