Who we are

Clockwork Practice is a booking and follow-up automation service for solo wellness practitioners. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Clockwork Practice. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us: your first name, email address, mobile number (optional), practice type, the booking software you use, and anything you enter when you book a call or fill in a form. If you become a client, we also collect the practice details you share in our intake form.

Payment details are entered with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, through the platform that hosts our site.

Please do not send us health or medical information about your own clients. We do not need it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your checklist, call bookings and reminders, and follow-up on your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run Clockwork Practice: GoHighLevel (our CRM, email, text and booking platform), Stripe (payments) and Zoom (video meetings). They may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Email

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each one.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online service is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
